A coworker walks out of a stall.
You look up to get some soap.
Your eyes meet right as that person is exiting the stall.
Question: Creepy? Just a part of life?
For some reason when I'm the eye catcher I feel kinda creepy and when I'm the eye catchee I feel like I'm on display.
Maybe I'm just weird.... yeah, that's probably it.

ReplyDeleteBut my office bathroom only has two stalls, and for some reason someone was waiting to use the one I was in today, even though the other one was available...now THAT'S creepy.
Huh, I'd never really thought about that before. But now that you mention it, I guess I do feel a little strange when that happens, when I'm the eye catcher.
ReplyDeleteI think it's a normal reaction to look up when someone comes through a door in a room where you are. The fact that they were just in a bathroom stall and you more or less know what they just did ups the awkward a bit.
